Sleep Well for Less Stress!

I’ve just seen some research which has highlighted something that I’ve often suspected, and that we all unconsciously recognise, and that is that a poor nights sleep results in increased levels of stress and greater anxiety during the following day.
In addition our performance at work, or in relationships, is impaired if we do not get a good night’s sleep. All of which, of course, increases stress and anxiety too!
